Set up your invitation
Choose a template or start with a blank design, then add the event details in the visual editor. Add or configure the RSVP form there; whether a form is already included depends on the design and invitation settings.
INVITATIONS AND GUEST REPLIES, TOGETHER
When replies arrive across messages and email, it can be hard to keep track of who is coming and what they need. Add an RSVP form to a published inviterLab invitation so guests can reply on its page and you can review responses in one place.
Choose a template or start with a blank design, then add the event details in the visual editor. Add or configure the RSVP form there; whether a form is already included depends on the design and invitation settings.
Use supported question types such as short text, email, phone, number, date, select, radio, checkbox, or a longer text response. Set labels and required fields, and place response fields around template elements or invitation sections.
Publish the invitation to create its own web address, on its own inviterLab subdomain, and share that link with guests. RSVP submission is available on the published invitation when its form is enabled.
Responses are associated with the invitation and appear in your dashboard inbox. Export the responses for invitations you own as a CSV when you need a spreadsheet copy.
FOR YOUR GUESTS
Guests open the link, read the event details, answer the RSVP fields shown on that invitation, and submit their response. The form can use one set of questions and a customised submit label, or separate buttons assigned to different question groups.
Separate groups are submitted independently: a guest’s submission is validated and saved for the questions assigned to the button they choose.
DESIGNED AROUND YOUR INVITATION
For a simple event, one RSVP form can collect attendance and a message. For a more detailed plan, supported fields can ask about meal preferences, guest count, or another detail you choose to collect.
Where a form uses separate submit buttons, each enabled question is assigned to a button. For example, an attendance button and a meal-choice button can collect their respective groups in separate submissions. Button labels and appearance can be customised.
Keep questions relevant and avoid requesting details you do not need. Preview the invitation and check the questions and published link before sharing.
No. RSVP availability depends on the template and the invitation’s settings. Add or configure the form in the visual editor and make sure it is enabled before you share the published invitation.
The RSVP submission is on the published invitation page; the guest submits the form there. Creating and managing an invitation uses the host’s inviterLab account.
Review responses in the dashboard inbox. The account’s CSV export includes responses for invitations owned by that signed-in user.
Yes. You can move individual questions and submit buttons independently on the invitation. On phones, fields follow their chosen section positions to keep answers easy to enter. If a placement block is removed, the field appears at the end of the invitation.
The current configuration accepts up to 30 response fields and up to 30 submit buttons. Number questions that use the built-in guest-count field are limited to 1–20.
