1. Choose an occasion and starting point
Create an inviterLab account and sign in. Start an invitation, choose an active occasion, then select an available template or start with a blank design. Public templates can be previewed before you use one.
2. Add your details and review the design
In the visual editor, personalise the invitation's text, photos, colours, and layout. Check names, date, time, venue, and any arrival instructions. Preview the result and review it at a narrow screen width before sharing.
3. Configure replies if your event needs them
Add or configure the RSVP form in the editor. Forms are not guaranteed to be enabled on every design. Choose relevant questions and whether fields are required, then check the guest-facing form in the preview.
4. Publish and share the invitation link
Save your invitation and use its publish action when it is ready. Publishing assigns a personal web address, normally on an inviterLab subdomain when subdomain URLs are enabled. Open that public link yourself to verify the invitation and any RSVP form, then share the link with your guests using the communication method you prefer.
Guest replies, when RSVP is enabled, are associated with your invitation and can be reviewed in the dashboard. The dashboard also offers a CSV export for responses belonging to invitations you own.
